Commercial Description: Bristol Hefe is a German-style Wheat Beer, with a rich banana & clove aroma, it pours with a thick rocky head and has a hazy orange appearance. Zippy & zesty, with banana, bubble gum & hints of grapefruit, it’s a very refreshing beer perfect for a sunny day.

Hefe pours a hazy gold colour with a small/medium white head and medium carbonation. Spice, citrus, and pear-drops on the nose.   Well balanced and rounded. Very good

Another great beer from the Bristol Beer Factory. The label on the bottle says “Bristol Hefe – drink in the sunshine” but it was winter so I turned up the heating and put all the lights on. A German style Wheat Beer.  A rich banana & clove aroma  make this a refreshing beer with a lingering taste. I will try it again in summertime.

Aroma: Rich aroma of banana and cloves

Taste: Cloves linger on first taste but then a little zesty and very drinkable.

Strength: 4.8% ABV
Brewery: Bristol Beer Factory
